Product Structure Analysis
- Flat Sealing Disc Lid: The inner core sealing part, with red food-grade rubber sealing compound adhered on the inner side. After heating and cooling, it shrinks to create vacuum tight seal, preventing air, moisture and bacteria entering inside jars.
- Threaded Screw Band (Ring): The threaded outer ring used to fasten the flat lid tightly onto jar mouth; threaded lines are precise for smooth twisting on and off, reusable many times.
- Raw Material: High-quality tin-plated iron sheet, surface polished to resist oxidation and rust under damp storage environments.
- Color Options: Bright silver original metal tone, vintage gold tone; custom matte colors, painted colors can be produced as requested.
Usage Steps
- Clean mason jars, lids and screw rings thoroughly, then fully sterilize with boiling hot water, dry all accessories completely.
- Fill hot cooked jam, pickles, honey or preserved food into jars, leave proper headspace at the top.
- Place the flat sealing lid evenly on the jar mouth, make sure the rubber gasket fits closely against the rim.
- Screw the threaded band clockwise moderately tight (do not over-tighten excessively).
- Put sealed jars into hot water bath canner for high-temperature sterilization according to food preservation requirements.
- After heating finished, take jars out and place them flat to cool naturally; you will hear popping sound which means successful vacuum sealing.
- Open the screw ring when you need to consume food; the flat lid can be replaced after multiple times of use.

As usual for glass we have common material , high white material, crystal white material, all these material are suitable for food
grade and lead free, we pass food grade test,no need to worry safety.
2, How can I get a sample to check your quality? Do you offer free sample?

For glass jar, we have glass lids, plastic caps, metal caps and ect ,all these kinds of lids will be matched with the jar
perfectly and sealing very well. There is a small strip of rubber under the lid where the glass hits the lid. They seal pretty
well.Food-grade rubber in line with EU export standards,the lids are very easy to screw on and off. Just one twist for on and one
for off.
