Product Structure Analysis

1. Flat Sealing Disc: Inner sealing core part, inner side bonded with red food-safe sealing compound. After heating and cooling contraction, it tightly adheres to jar mouth to realize vacuum isolation from outside air.
2. Threaded Screw Band: Outer threaded ring used to fix the sealing disc. Precise internal thread ensures smooth tightening and loosening, can be reused dozens of times.
3. Raw Material: Premium tin-plated iron sheet, surface anti-oxidation treatment, not easy to rust in humid storage environment.
4. Color Classification: Matte silver original metal tone, retro golden tone; matte, frosted and painted customized colors can be produced on demand.

Usage Installation Steps

1. Thoroughly clean mason jars, sealing discs and screw rings, disinfect all accessories with boiling water then air dry completely.
2. Pour hot homemade jam, pickles, honey or preserved food into jars, reserve appropriate headspace at the bottle mouth.
3. Place the flat sealing disc flat on the jar mouth to ensure the sealing gasket fits closely with the rim.
4. Tighten the threaded screw ring clockwise moderately (do not over-tighten excessively).
5. Put sealed jars into water bath pot for high-temperature sterilization according to food preservation requirements.
6. Take out jars after sterilization finished, place horizontally for natural cooling; popping sound indicates successful vacuum sealing.
7. Unfasten the screw ring when eating food; replace the sealing disc after 1-2 times high-temperature use for better sealing performance.

As usual for glass we have common material , high white material, crystal white material, all these material are suitable for food

grade and lead free, we pass food grade test,no need to worry safety.

2, How can I get a sample to check your quality? Do you offer free sample?

For glass jar, we have glass lids, plastic caps, metal caps and ect ,all these kinds of lids will be matched with the jar

perfectly and sealing very well. There is a small strip of rubber under the lid where the glass hits the lid. They seal pretty

well.Food-grade rubber in line with EU export standards,the lids are very easy to screw on and off. Just one twist for on and one

for off.
