Product Structure
Wide?mouth tubular PET preform with 60/61/62mm screw neck. After heating?blow molding, it forms large?aperture plastic jars, perfectly matched with plastic lids, aluminum caps and flip?top lids for food, cosmetic and household packaging.
Processing Instructions
- Select proper preform weight according to target jar volume
- Uniformly heat preforms on blow?molding machine
- Stretch?blow into target jar shape via matched mold
- Cool down for shaping, perform leak?proof & appearance inspection
- Assemble lids, label and complete final packaging
