Product Structure
Wide?mouth tubular PET preform with 63/65/68mm screw neck. After heating and blow molding, it can form large?opening plastic jars, compatible with various plastic screw lids, aluminum caps for food, cosmetic and daily storage packaging.
Processing Instructions
Select corresponding preform weight according to your target jar volume
Put preforms into blow?molding machine for even heating
Stretch?blow into target jar shape with matched blowing mold
Cool and shape jars, run appearance & leak?proof inspection
Fit lids, label and finish final packing
