Product Structure Analysis
This 28mm PET preform features standard 28mm neck finish (support PCO1881 thread specification). Uniform wall thickness design ensures even stretching during bottle blowing. Smooth inner & outer surface without burrs or impurities. Matched for 28?mm screw caps, fit for mineral water, juice, carbonated drinks and daily?use liquid bottles. Different gram?weight preforms can produce bottles covering 250ml?3000ml volume range.
Usage Steps
- Select corresponding gram?weight 28mm PET preform according to target bottle volume
- Put preform into injection blow?molding machine for heating
- Complete stretching and blowing process to form finished plastic bottle
- Cool?down, inspect bottle quality, assemble matched caps for filling production
