Product Structure
Standard tubular PET preform with 24?mm screw neck. After heating and blow molding, it can be made into cosmetic plastic bottles, compatible with pump caps, spray caps, screw lids for cosmetic and daily?chemical packaging.
Processing Instructions
- Select proper preform weight according to target bottle volume
- Load preforms into blow?molding machine for uniform heating
- Stretch?blow into target bottle shape by matched blowing mold
- Cool & shape bottles, carry out appearance and leak?proof inspection
- Assemble caps, label and complete final packing
