Product Structure
Standard 20mm screw neck PET preform, tubular structure. After heating blow molding, it can form varied shapes of plastic bottles, matched with spray caps, pump caps and screw caps for cosmetic and daily chemical packaging.
Processing Instructions
- Select matching weight PET preform according to target bottle volume
- Heat the preform evenly via blow molding equipment
- Stretch and blow into finished plastic bottle by corresponding mold
- Cool and shape, conduct leak test and appearance inspection
- Assemble caps, labeling and packaging
